The new RAZR2 is slightly smaller than its predecessor but it includes a lot more features that the old phone did not. One of the coolest features automatically adjusts the headset volume based on the surrounding noise level. The other notable feature that is not too techy is the use of haptics, which is also being utilized by the iphone. Haptics allows the phone to communicate with the user through touch/vibrations. This phone will become available in July 2007 just in time to compete with Apple. If you have any suggestions about a new phone I should get please let me know.
The Next-Generation RAZR
Anyone who has seen my cellphone recently would suggest that I need a new one. I have some friends who go through cell phones like candy and others who wait until it is absolutely necessary to get a new phone. I am one of those individuals who wont get a new phone until I have to. I thought that the iphone was going to be a must have gadget. However, it has a steep price tag and is going to have plenty of bugs. Also, Sprint is not supporting the iphone when it launches this summer. Anyway, half of my friends now own a RAZR like everyone used to have those Nokia phone with snake on them. Now these phones are starting to become outdated and their replacements are on the way.
