The song is quite addicting me and it has been bothering me that I have had no idea who the artist is till now. The song is called "Music Is My Hot Hot Sex" by Cansei De Ser Sexy. Whenever the iPhone commercial comes on with this song, I'm always listening and usually singing all. Check out the CSS video and enjoy.

"I've Got a Crush on O'bama" hit youtube about 7 months ago, and I have been a little late to give the other democratic candidate her due. There is an equally ridiculous song for Hillary, "Hott 4 Hill." After losing the state of Iowa she bounced back by winning New Hampshire. I figured since I am in DC I should post this political message.
The Westin is known for their heavenly beds, but my experience with them has been far from heavenly. Rarely do I go a full night without waking up. Compared to my bed at home, its no competition. The only attribute this bed has over the one in my home is that it is a king sized bed. At home, within seconds of crawling into bed I am passed out. I think all those who have experienced my pillow top bed would attest how great it really is. The Heavenly Bed can be purchased from the Westin website, but I would suggest going to Sleepy's and buying your own pillow top.
My trip to Pasadena was first class and started with a trifecta of new years celebration's in the central, mountain, and western time zones. I went straight from the airport to the Rose Bowl Stadium and started tailgating with fans from both the Illini and SC side. It first appeared that the Illini Nation would be vastly outnumbered, but as the morning progressed the Illini faithful began showing up in droves. My overall opinion of SC fans is that they are arrogant and pompous, but that does not apply to everyone. My new friend Jose was generous enough to share some Mexican beer and burritos for an early breakfast, as well as his warm space heater. Thanks to some other friends I was warned that the Rose Bowl will be cold in the morning, and it was. Once the sun rose the party really started, and I went from lot to lot tailgating. The fun almost stopped as we entered the stadium. The Illini were embarrassed 49-17. Despite the crushing lose Reshard Mendenhall had a game the pro scouts were looking for out of a starting running back. His 80 yard run was the highlight of the game for Illini fans. With several key players returning for the Illini I hope to make the trip again, and possibly watch the parade this time around.
It was the first sellout game at The Garden that I was in attendance for all year, and the game lives up to all the hype. Two top 10 college team facing off in the world's greatest arena. It appearing that Pitt lost all hope of keeping the game close in the first half, but they came out ready to play in the second half and forced the game into overtime. DeJuan Blair is a beast of a freshman, putting up 15 points and 20 boards. However, Pitt would not have won the game if it were not for Lavance Fields, who hit the game winning 3 with seconds left in the game. Another shot that brought the crowd to their feet was DeMarcus Nelson's reverse lay-up, after getting hit by Blair. This game was filled with emotion and Duke fans had to leave the stadium sobbing and with their first loss of the season. Definitely the best game I have seen all year and the best time I have had. For entertainment purposes look how stupid Tony Kornheiser looks now.
I recently purchased and watched the Air Guitar Nation, which is the closest thing to a rockumentary since Spinal Tap. The film focuses it story on the path of US contests to their first worldwide Air Guitar Competition, help in Oulu Finland. The competition started in 1996 and has grown in recent years. I do not want to spoil the 2003 air guitar results for you, but I will let you know that C-Diddy did return to Oulu in 2004 and placed 3rd. Since then rockers like Bjorn to Rock, Hot Lixx Hulahan and Willie Ocean have continued the US Air Guitar legacy. Across the US Air Guitars shows have sold out, including NYC, Boston, Cleveland, San Fransisco, and Los Angeles. Next summer when this tour hits NY I am going to try and remember about this wonderful sport and check it out for myself. For more information on Air Guitar check out the usairguitar.com and the world guitar championship homepage

The hot topic today was the Mitchell Report, which did not include Alex Rodriguez. However, I would like to focus on a topic that is a little more positive. Even though the MLB does not allow for players to receive milestone bonuses the Yankees have managed to grant A-Rod Historic Achievement Bonuses. While he is making $275 million over 10 years he will make an addition $6 million every time he ties the top four career home run leaders (Mays, Ruth, Aaron, Bonds) and another $6 million when he becomes the all time HR king with 763 home runs, assuming Barry Bonds never plays another game. The argument for granting the Historic Achievment bonuses is because it will make him a more marketable player. However, hitting a milestone of 50 home runs a year also make a player more marketable. Would he be getting this same special treatment if he were on another team?
For more details about the deal read the article on ESPN.
ESPN has created a College Football Playoffs Simulation that allows you to create a 16 team bracket using either the BCS ranking, ESPN Power 16, or custom rankings to determine the champion of college football. While it is a simulation, it is still fun to see who is victories. In my first simulation using the BCS rankings the Tennesse Volunteers managed to climb to the cream of the crop as the 16 seed beating OSU, WVU, Illinois, and Missouri in the Championship game. The Trojans were the final team to make the final four of this college football playoff. I know its only a simulation, but it is a little ironic that two teams that are not even in a BCS game were in the championship game. The simulation also shows the probabilities of each team winning each game, and it should be noted that Hawaii was the biggest underdog to USC (81%-19%) followed by the Illini and Oklahoma (21% to 78%). In my brackets Tennesse was an underdog every single game.
Using ESPN Power 16 the final four was OSU, Georgia, Oklahoma, LSU and the winner was the Georgia Bulldogs. Now that you have finished reading my simulations, try it out for yourself. After several other attempts Tennessee won again over USC. I wonder how this simulation was programmed.
